Peoples Education Society & Trust’s Shaikh College of Education organized the Inaugural Function of 2010 batch of B.Ed. course. It was also a formal inauguration ceremony of the Students Union of the college. Prof.M.L.Dakhani, Ex. DDPI, PU Education Board was the Chief Guest and Mr.Abu Shaikh, Managing Trustee, PES&T was the president of the said event. The inauguration started with Lighting of the lamp. Welcoming of the chief guest by Principal, Mrs. Indira Sutar. The Chief Guest emphasized on the importance of such student association's for developing leadership qualities, positive attitude, creativity and to realise the responsibilities of every individual as a teacher or mentor. He also shared valuable information on health and how important it is for every personl. He called upon all the students to stick to their values and to be front line teachers to mentor the next generation. Managing Trustee, Mr. Abu Shaikh, shared his points on the importance of values and how important it is to maintain them in every aspect of life. He also asked the students to take up every opportunity to improve their knowledge and self confidence. Prof. S.H.Ghodewale proposed the vote of thanks.
